Day 5: Dinner
Afternoon drink: fresh-brewed coffee with milk
7:30pm Large salad with fennel and mozzarella + a cup of tea

Lettuce, a third of a fennel (raw), half a red onion, 75g mozzarella, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, all dressed with the juice from a whole lemon and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. A slice of brown seed bread on the side.
Evening drink: glass of squash made with tap water
Day 5: Lunch
12:45pm Swede mash with beans, veg franks and tomato + clementine + tea

My lunch was:
- 300g swede mash made with 50g Quark low-fat cream cheese
- 100g ‘Healthy Living’ baked beans heated with 10g grated cheese
- 2 vegetarian frankfurters and 1 plum tomato cooked in 2.5ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clementine for dessert

- 12.3g fibre
