Whoops, I forgot to eat earlier. I know that it’s not good to eat so late in the evening.

Hmm, turns out that I’d picked the second-most fattening hot drink available.

Next time, I will go for a regular cappuccino made with semi-skimmed milk:

  • 2.8 g protein
  • 3.8g carbohydrate
  • 1.4g fat
