Day 15: Snacks and drunch

1am 1 oatcake + half pint of squash

2:30am 2 slices of toast with light Flora and marmite + pint of squash

Weekly weigh-in: No change (total lost: 5 lb in 2 weeks)

I suspected I wouldn’t have lost any weight this week as I know I’ve been having big portions. I was ecstatic to have lost weight in the first week and was over-confident this week.

5:45pm  Beetroot and baked veg salad with seeds + fresh milky coffee + pint fizzy squash

Evening drink: pint of fizzy squash
