Day 16: Lunch
No breakfast.
2pm Cheese and dill pickle sandwich + tea + small banana
And two teeny pieces of chocolate. Four bars of different flavours arrived from American friends today. I wanted to try them. Frank will finish them orf.
Day 15: Dinner
My body clock’s still messed up and so another late dinner.
11pm Pasta with tomato sauce, Quorn and courgette

I, umm, had a big serving and knew it at the time (300g cooked pasta, 350g sauce).
The sauce was made without oil. It includes tin tomatoes, a chopped courgette, garlic and Quorn pieces. I made a big pan of pasta and added oil after it was drained to prevent sticking. Seven bags of 170g portions are now in the freezer.
