6:45pm Instant hot chocolate (40 calories)

I feel a cold coming on.

9:45pm Tomatoes, veg and pulses and dumplings + pint of squash

My regular concoction, this time made with tinned stir-fry vegetables (bean sprouts, baby corn, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, celery and carrot), red kidney beads and split lentils. The lentils were an after-thought and helped thicken the stew. Served with a little olive oil and yoghurt.

Eaten slowly, with a teaspoon.

No breakfast.

4:30pm Toast with marmite + banana + tea

Two ends and a slice left of the loaf and so I had them all.

6:15pm Baked vegetables with tomatoes & Quorn + apple

This was a bowl of some of the baked parsnips and potatoes with some of the tomato sauce from yesterday with yoghurt and cheese.

10:30pm More baked vegetables with tomatoes & Quorn + tea

Too much, too late. *sigh*
