12:45pm Veggie burger with chips + sparkling water @ JD Wetherspoon

I gave about half my chips to Frank.

The full portion is:

  • 782 calories
  • 22.4g protein
  • 118.4g carbohydrates
  • 18.7g fat
  • 4.9g fibre

These are the low-cal vegetarian options at JD Wetherspoon [source].

However, here are some of the other vegetarian meals they do. Some of the figures are pretty scary! Especially since I’ve shared the Nachos more than once.

8:45am Cheese sandwich with cress and dried tomatoes + orange+ tea

I used half the cress from today’s fruit & veg delivery. Plus some oven-dried tomatoes made by friends in America. Chewy but very tasty. I can’t wait to make them myself as they have so much flavour.

The orange was also delish. The delivered oranges are consistently sweet compared to supermarket oranges.
