12:30pm Large salad + orange + fruit drink

Sweetcorn (off the cob), cooked beetroot, watercress, Pepperdew, kidney beans, red pepper, fennel, tomato with lemon juice and a small drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Plus three hard bread crusts with Quark soft cheese. A glass of pomegranate and raspberry fruit juice drink (with sugar).

Anniversary evening – drinks and dinner in London.

6pm Warm Pimms

Pimms with warm apple juice.

8:15pm Yasai itame + coconut icecream + plum wine @ Wagamama
