1:30pm Mushroom burger salad + orange + tea

With the raita left from yesterday.

7pm Tofu salad + pint of squash

Ah, now this was very yummy. I haven’t had tofu for years, probably not since I was at university.

I fried it in a little olive oil and added balsamic vinegar when the oil seemed not enough. When the tofu was somewhat crispy, I added some yoghurt and a little (12g) sweet chili sauce (46% sugar). Very yum.
