I decided last night to make a soup of the cabbage and pears (which are a bit hard). I’ll also add onion and whatever else I can find.
I might shred some of the cabbage to make a slaw.
I’m finding that (fat-free) soup has the advantage of being filling while very low on calories. But ya need to include some un-liquidised veg so that you get to chew a bit and feel like you’re actually eating something! It’s otherwise psychologically unsatisfying as a meal.

I like the sneak preview I get from your box, I get mine on a Thursday, and apart from the changes to cater for my dislikes, it’s usually similar.
I look forward to the courgettes and aubergine. But not *more* bloody cabbage! Talk about seasonal!
