Busy day, I ate lots and lots and lots.

Breakfast – 400 cals

Cereal.  (I have a post in preparation about a recent favourite cereal peculiarity.)

2nd Breakfast – 700 cals

Bacon & mushroom baguette on arrival.  Delish, but waaay too much bacon in it.  A definite ‘builders baguette’!

Snacks n drinks – 180 + 100 + 300 + 300

Late Lunch – 450 cals

Mackerel in tomato sauce sarnies

Dinner - 700 cals

Ready meal, sweet n sour chicken, nice.

Daily Total - I daren’t add it up, it must be over 3000… Okay, okay… 3070 cals

Yep, over target, but it didn’t feel too much food due to the amount of work done.   If I had an active job I’d be as fit as a fiddle, but I don’t, my work only has somewhat sporadic activity!
