Pre-Breakfast (!) – 200 cals

Chocolate egg… The story could be told…  a mysterious cache… 4 Lindor eggs …! I’ve now eaten them. They contributed highly to my 3000 jackpot yesterday.

Breakfast – 250 cals

I started making soup, and I wanted to have more bread later with that, but needed to eat before the soup was ready, so I restricted myself to a single slice open sandwich style with cheese n beetroot. ‘n a coffee with 1.

Lunch – 350 cals

Soup! With 2 slices. The soup consisted (roughly) of, a lot of celery, 3 carrots, an apple, a courgette, a pear, a little cabbage, a couple of shallots, a few cloves of garlic. Flavourings were a chicken stock cube, caraway seed, dried thyme, worcestershire sauce, black pepper, tomato puree.

Nice, the caraway seed made it taste just like the last one, even though it was different, but I suppose similar ingredients.

I’m starving now though!

Dinner – 600 cals

I had a noodly stir fry with quorn, shrooms, peppers. I added it up to be around 500, it was a large portion. I dished it up into 2/5s and 3/5s portions. I ate the 3/5s and didn’t feel satiated, and ate the other portion, I was half way through (4/5s total) and I was full, but ate it all anyway. Glass of juice.

Daily Total – 1400 calories?

That doesn’t seem enough! What else have I nibbled, or have I underestimated? Sometimes though, if you’ve eaten a lot the day before, it kind of carries over (in energy / hunger levels) into the next day, so maybe it’s fine!

I cycled a couple of short ‘new-bike-testing’ rides today, very windy. I doubt I’ll ride tomorrow, the forcast is for 42mph gusts! It’s often bleedin’ windy near the sea!
