Can I just make a comment after looking at these figures – clearly there is no God if roasted goat is lower in calories than duck!

This is definitely very useful. Hmmm, they roast goat here but I’m not sure I want to go chasing it down. Ugh, kidneys are low cal comparatively too. Blech.

Becky, I typed the numbers in from individual web pages. I then converted the values so that they were all for 100g cooked weight. It took about an hour and twenty minutes to do in all. Not bad.
I just added a third table with meat and fish combined.
I don’t know how accurate calorie-count.com is – they had some very weird stuff there, including elk, squirrel and antelope.
