		<description>Becky, I typed the numbers in from individual web pages. I then converted the values so that they were all for 100g cooked weight. It took about an hour and twenty minutes to do in all. Not bad.

I just added a third table with meat and fish combined.

I don&#039;t know how accurate calorie-count.com is - they had some very weird stuff there, including elk, squirrel and antelope.

To get back to this page, go to &lt;strong&gt;Useful stuff&lt;/strong&gt; -&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Nutritional information&lt;/strong&gt;.

Feel free to send me information from packs you buy. I need the info quantity too. I can then add it to the list (e.g., for sausages and burgers).</description>
