The Smallest Piece of Garlic Bread I’ve Ever Had
I found myself serving up the chili and giving myself a smaller portion than I had originally planned when working out calories. Then I gave Ian more rice. Guess what? I’m still full and don’t want any more.

Oh, I have a bit more to add… I was planning on stopping there and felt quite virtuous with my total. However, I started to watch tv and kept thinking about the ice cream sandwiches in the freezer. After an hour of this, I decided it was better to give in (and only 130 calories) rather than become obsessed with the food I’m denying myself.
