This is a new Quorn vegetarian version of Scotch eggs @ 63 calories each. Nice.

I then had some port and a custard cream, thinking I had calories to spare. In fact, I should have skipped these. Ho hum.

Another sedentary day at my desk, so only clocked up 7600 on the pedometer (6000 of that is the walk to and from the station at either end of my commute).
