Well done on keeping within your target.
I know you’re very active – at work and with your daily walks – how much do you lose a week?

Under normal circumstances, when I’m doing all the things I should (which ain’t often), I lose about 2lbs a week. Right now, I *know* I’ve gained, even though I haven’t stepped on the scale. I may be doing alright (but not great) this week, but last week was a mess… so I’m going to pay for that, I’m sure before seeing another loss. I’ll weigh on Saturday and face the music.

I find that I satisfy the craving to visit Starbucks by just having a herbal tea. (No calories!) As I don’t particularly like their pastries, it is no hardship to pass them by.

(I also meant to say) I had no idea sushi was so low in calories? Well done with your total for today. I think it’s amazing you managed guacamole on a low-calorie diet!

Becky: Sadly, I’m not a fan of tea and I’ve yet to find anything that satisfies my starbucks cravings — though I agree that their pastries are pretty much rubbish. (That hasn’t stopped me from eating them occasionally though).
