At the May net meet. Arrived after 3pm, food planned for 6pm. I took a mandarin to ward off any hunger pangs before 6pm. Instead I had it as my pudding while the non-dieters were enjoying their chocolate desserts.

    Looks like you had the same issue as me…feeling quite hungry later in the evening. I’ve realised seeing your picture that I had a small portion of the lettuce but forgot to add it to my list.

    Well done! I’m actually feeling quite relieved that I’m not going out in the next few weeks (I don’t think) which makes life so much easier.

    I’m heading up to Liverpool today and staying in a hotel. Monday and Tuesday provides me with a very restricted buffet lunch. We shall see how strong my self-control is…! :-)
