I’m trying to cut back on olive oil – max 3g per meal (less than a teaspoon) as it works out around 10 calories a gram. But my drizzler isn’t as slow as I’d like.

Not super healthy, but at least I didn’t go over.
One thing I’ve learned: exhaustion is not conducive to healthy eating.
