Independence BBQ
Working for an American company, we celebrated Independence Day with an al fresco lunchtime BBQ which was a huge success. I went down around 12:15 and with all that protein, wasn’t hungry again until gone 8pm this evening, and even then struggled with the cottage cheese! :-)
