Catching Up
Sorry, Anna. We’ve had a ton of guests and I’ve been running around like mad! I’ve got my notes but it’s all a bit of a hash tbh.
I did OK on Sunday and Monday but since then I’ve been struggling. Among other issues, we have two vegetarians and I don’t really know how to serve nice dishes for all without piling on the calories via carbs. I suspect Paola could have helped me with this but I didn’t know in advance and I have been trying to make meals that everyone is happy with rather than make separate things.

So 644 calories a slice – and that was the “main dish” but not a meal in itself. On the bright side, it used up the last of the chard. :)
Anyway, the idea now is not to gain any weight. The last measurement before everything went crazy was 75.8 and so I want to watch to make sure I don’t end up over 76 again. I need to get better at tracking asap as otherwise I won’t know it is going wrong until it’s too late!
