Steak as An End-Of-Week Treat

The chocolate chip cookie, whilst nice was no way nice enough to be 200 calories. Should have been stronger and only eaten half. I then got home and didn’t feel like lunch so had two snacks throughout the afternoon.

My policy of buying half the amount of meat I used to is really working well. In the bad, old days I would eaten the entire steak (instead of splitting it between the two of us)

Breakfast 1/2 piece of diet toast with butter 69
boiled egg (white only) 17
Snack Chocolate chip cookie 200
1/2 Small Cappucino with skimmed milk 30
Snack number 2 1 poppodam, 8 chips 125
Dinner Pepper steak, 125g 150
Tangy chickpea salad 100

2 glasses white wine 156
Total Calories 1,031
