Day 267: Purple, not red
9am Cheese and cabbage sandwich + tea
I got a big red (purple!) cabbage from Abel & Cole last week. I chopped some to use in salads and cooked the rest with vinegar, apple and spices. I used the raw cabbage as my substitute for lettuce in this sandwich.
I was gonna have an orange afterwards but put it back as I did feel full already.

I took all the small broken bits of the Finn Crisp, ending up with a bit more than I’d have measured out. The bits ended up a little over what two whole Finn Crisps would have been.
