11:40am  Bacon, frankfurter, egg and tomatoes with kale + fresh coffee + clementine

Plus a dried fig a little later because Frank didn’t want his.

12:50pm  Banana, peanut butter and hazelnut & chocolate spread on Crackerbreads

Plus scraping out the chocolate spread jar.

3:50pm  Courgette and spinach soup with bread + apple + pint of fizzy squash

7:45pm  Vegetable curry with rice

8:30pm  Custard Cream biscuits + tea

Day 320: Butterscotch cake

12 noon  Cottage cheese and turkey salad sandwich + clementine + tea

Shortly followed by a Custard Cream biscuit as my mouth was burning from the raw chilli.

Afternoon drink: pint of fizzy squash

3:40pm  Salad + cake + tea + Lipton peach tea @ Fegos

The guys had meals but I went for a full slice of cake (I would have otherwise have half) after I first had the salad that came with Frank’s sandwich.

7:30pm  Courgette and spinach soup + apple

With a slice of bread broken up in the bowl first.

9:15pm  Tomato and cottage cheese on Crackerbreads + tea + prunes

Ending with a Custard Cream biscuit.

Day 319: No weighed food

I stopped weighing all my food today.

10:30am  Turkey and mozzarella salad sandwich + tea + half pint of squash + clementine

12:25pm  Apple + pint of fizzy squash

2:20pm  Brussel sprouts with mozzarella + prunes + tea

And with grated cheddar. In a lemon juice, oil and yoghurt dressing.

4:45pm  Tomato and cottage cheese on Crackerbreads

7:15pm  Courgette and spinach soup + half pint of squash

Steamed courgettes, onions and garlic with potatoes and spinach and lemon juice.

11pm  Finn Crisp with hazelnut & chocolate spread and peanut butter + tea

Having a rare urge to eat sweet things.

Day 318: Bouts of tiredness

10:30am  Banana, cream cheese and honey toasted bread sandwich + tea

1:30pm  Brussel sprouts with mozzarella + sweet spiced tea + apple

With sun-dried tomatoes, garlic flakes, lemon juice and olive oil.

3pm  Tomato and cheese on Crackerbreads + coffee

Afternoon drink: pint of fizzy squash

5pm  Vegetable curry with rice + clementine + Custard Cream biscuit

8pm  hot chocolate (hungry!)

9:30pm Tomato and cheese on Crackerbreads + apple

Sleepy now.

I forgot to toast the bread.

Morning drink: coffee

3:20pm  Spinach with cottage cheese + apple

Also with sultanas and sun-dried tomatoes.

4:30pm  Prunes + hot chocolate

6:30pm  Vegetable curry with rice

Note that this is a side (7″) plate.

9pm  Tomatoes and olive oil on Crackerbreads

I’m going to bed hungry. Lovely.

Day 316: Beef-jerked tofu

11:30am  Satay beancurd and cream cheese salad sandwich + clementine + tea

2pm  Beetroot salad with cheese + banana + tea

4:15pm  Vegetable curry with rice

6:20pm  Beetroot salad with cheese, seeds and sultanas

6:50pm  Vegetable curry with rice

Having just finished cooking a new batch.

9:10pm  “Beef jerked vegetarian tofu” with horseradish sauce

312 calories. Made with mushrooms, not tofu. Very weird but I ate it anyway and then threw way the rest of the pack.

This is the third day this week of eating too much.
