12:30pm: Cabbage braised in balsamic with feta and yoghurt + squash + plum

1:30pm Bran flakes with sultanas and pumpkin seeds

4:20pm Quorn fillet salad + tea

7pm Quorn fillet salad sandwich + banana

11:10pm Braised cabbage with yoghurt + squash
