At another service station.
2pm Chocolate ice-cream bar
In the van on the motorway.
4pm Mint chocolate frappe with cream
At another service station.
6:30pm Lager
Back home.
11:10pm Spinach, cheese and tomato salad with sultanas and seeds + lager w/juice
+ Meringues (55 calories each) with chocolate hazelnut spread
+ mini chocolate bar
+ raisin brioche + milk
