Day 522: Late delivery
Afternoon: two coffees
Our grocery delivery was late, arriving at 5pm and, just as I was making my ‘breakfast’ sandwich, a neighbour came around.
Here’s the fridge before and after our food arrived.

6:15pm Ham and cottage cheese salad sandwich + tea
I’m replacing my usual half-fat cheddar with cottage cheese. I also have ready-sliced red onions and cucumber to add bulk.

+ WeightWatchers’ toffee apple yoghurt (62 calories) + tea
Tasty but a bit pointless, really.

Afternoon drink: pint of fizzy squash
8:40pm Cheese salad + Crackerbreads w/spread
With half-fat cheddar, lettuce, sauerkraut, red onion, cucumber, sultanas, pumpkin seeds, sun-dried tomatoes, lemon juice, olive oil and yoghurt.

+ WeightWatchers’ lemon cheesecake yoghurt (58 calories) + coffee
These are nice but I’m not going to buy them again. Two are left in the pack.

9:40pm Crackerbread with Quark, orange curd (57 calories) and kiwi

+ hot chocolate
