Sauerkraut, lettuce, red kidney beans, sultanas, seeds, sun-dried tomatoes, lemon and oil.

5:20pm Bran flakes, kiwi and seeds with yoghurt + tea

8:15pm Veg, bean and tomato soup with Crackbread w/spread + tea

8:30pm Tangerine

8:50pm Banana + port

I should have stopped eating at this point.
