Day 15 – Just Another Tuesday

I’m definitely getting better at this “only one ‘snack’ in the evenings” thing. To the point where I managed to fit in my treat to the exact calories left this evening. There’s something rather satisfying about getting the figure exactly to 0 calories left. Of course, this is where I discover that I got my sums wrong…

Disaster – we ran out of milk! So back to toast this morning.

I only counted half the cals of the cheese dippers as they only provide 3 teeny breadsticks and it’s a physical impossibility to get all the cheese on it. I let my youngest son finish the other half of the cheese with the spoon. I figured that it was the cheese that was the bulk of the calories anyway.

Was really hungry by 3pm, so fought off the pangs with a banana.

I really enjoyed this – the chilli was about the one thing that’s been able to blast through to my taste buds these last few days!

Got the strength training out of the way early on in the day – was glad I did because I started to feel rough with cold again in the afternoon and would probably have skipped it otherwise.
