Afternoon drink: pint of fizzy squash

8:10pm  Broccoli & mushrooms with mozzarella in creamy sweet chilli sauce + plums + pint of fizzy squash

Oops, I forgot to eat earlier. Because I figured this would be my last meal of the day, I ate a whole ball of mozzarella rather than the half I’d usually have. And I had three small plums afterwards, instead of one or two.
