Day 23 – Swimming Night

Swimming night – also known as “eat dinner insanely early and then end up eating crap all evening” night. But swimming night trips off the tongue more easily.

Suddenly remembered my resolution about balancing out calories around 11am when my stomach reminded me that there was nooooo way it was getting to lunchtime without a fight.
