Made from baked butternut squash, dessicated coconut (instead of coconut milk), onions, garlic and spices (cumin, coriander, cinnamon and nutmeg). Very nice.

  1. I have to say that that cottage cheese, coconut and strawberry sandwich looks utterly bizarre, but I bet it was really tasty. Would never have thought of that combination!

  2. I added the recently-bought coconut to add crunch as I figured it’d be too squidgey. I considered lettuce. This was all a compromise from making a fried eggy cream cheese and strawberry sandwich. Mmm.
