Day 29 – Gah!

Almost got tripped up again today – I really am bad at estimating how many calories are in pastry – thought tonight’s dinner would be fairly low calorie (the cheese triangles are small and fairly light) and ended up doing some extra pedalling on the exercise bike just so I could get a cup of hot chocolate tonight!

Exercise went a bit wrong today, not only did I have to do extra but for various reasons I couldn’t exercise in the morning and I’ve discovered it’s really tricky to fit it in during the afternoon (not too close to a meal, and still fit it in before school pick up time).
