Day 271: Lumpy soup

It’s been weird. The last two weeks, I don’t feel that I’ve been on a diet. I’m still weighing and watching what I eat but I don’t feel that it’s making a difference. And this is evidenced by my weigh-in: no overall weight loss in two weeks.

Getting up earlier has meant an extra meal a day. It’s been very cold here and I haven’t felt inclined to have a cold salad every day. Something to work on.
