  1. I have never tried baked sweet potato with cottage cheese, looks yum… *note to self – must try it !*

  2. Sweet potatoes cook faster that ordinary potatoes. I microwave them – about six minutes for a medium size. Ten for two potatoes. And they taste nice. (Quicker and nicer are the same reasons why I have red onions rather than white.)
