This is what the smaller-sized bread looks like that I am using. It’s regular bread and has more calories per 100g compared to diet bread but the smaller size means everything is less. I never noticed these loaves in stores pre-diet and I can’t imagine who else would buy them but I have found them be very useful because I still get to eat nice bread.

Peeled earlier to make pancake bananas for the boys who then decided, despite liking bananas and pancakes, didn’t fancy the idea of banana pancakes.
