Day 312: Seeing red

7:20am Toasted banana, cream cheese and honey sandwich + tea

12:45pm Mushroom burger with sheep’s milk cheese and tomato + clementine

Also with sun-dried tomatoes, bread and corn relish.

3:40pm Peanut butter and chocolate Magic Creams + tea

Feeling sleepy after three mornings with insomnia. Needed energy.

6:45pm Vegetable curry + clementine

Snack: prunes + tea

10:10pm Port + Custard Creams

Long working day, I felt like a treat.
