Day 317: Red bar charts

11:30am  Cheese and onion salad sandwich + clementine + sweet spiced tea

I forgot to toast the bread.

Morning drink: coffee

3:20pm  Spinach with cottage cheese + apple

Also with sultanas and sun-dried tomatoes.

4:30pm  Prunes + hot chocolate

6:30pm  Vegetable curry with rice

Note that this is a side (7″) plate.

9pm  Tomatoes and olive oil on Crackerbreads

I’m going to bed hungry. Lovely.
