3:50pm Toasted cheese and onion sandwich + tomato, bean and veg soup + tea + mandarin
5:15pm Caramel rice cakes with peanut butter + tea
7:50pm Green beans with Thai thing and rice + pint of fizzy squash + mandarin
The bowl was mostly green beans.
12:30am Prunes + tea
I (now) know that I’ve done it right when I go to bed hungry. If I’m not hungry as I lie in bed, I’ve eaten too much in the evening.
