Day 393: Thai coconut

1:30pm Ham and cheese salad sandwich + orange + tea + prunes

5pm Thai green soup + orange

Made with a thai green paste bought from Tesco. I added a small carton of coconut cream, water and stock powder. Then broccoli, spinach, cannellini beans and onion. Nice. Needs tofu instead of beans, I think.

Out of other fruit so I keep having oranges.

8:15pm Thai green soup + squash

Not really hungry but wanting to eat.

8:40pm Seeds, sultanas and prunes

Still not hungry but wanting a change in flavour.

9pm Caramel rice-cakes with peanut butter

Yup, you guess it, still not hungry but figured it was okay since two of my meals were soup.
