Plus scrapings from the about-to-be-thrown-away jar of peanut butter.

2:20pm Banana, sultanas, seeds and honey with yoghurt + tea

6:2opm Cheese salad sandwich + tea + apple

Evening drink: tea

8:40pm Coconut beef and bean chilli + squash + banana

Evening drink: tea
