Day 428: Two croissant

3:30pm Chicken and cheese salad sandwich + squash + tea + plums

6pm Veg soup with cheese and crackers + squash + orange

6:30pm Butter croissant with spread and jam + fresh coffee

225 calories each. I hadn’t intended to have any of them after finding out how many calories were in them.

10:40pm Pasta with spinach, sweetcorn and cheese + tea + orange + plum

11:40pm Butter croissant with chocolate and hazelnut spread + coffee

1:30pm Plum + squash
