With a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
2:20pm Bran flakes with banana, sultanas, peanut butter and yoghurt
Sprinkled with vanilla sugar. This is the dessert I invented a few weeks ago. The version with broken biscuits and pumpkin seeds instead of the banana is about 500 calories.
4:10pm Tinned spaghetti with egg and cheese, Crackbreads with spread + squash + tea + plum
6:25pm Veg burger with sweetcorn, tomatoes, onions and sweet chilli yoghurt + coffee
7pm fruit bar
9:10pm Teacakes with spread AND chocolate and hazelnut spread + tea
160 calories per teacake.
