11:15am Hotdog omelette + tea + plum + fruit bar
A two-egg omelette made with wwo vegetarian hotdogs and red onions. With one slice of toast with spread.
While propetly dieting this would have been: one egg, one hotdog, no toast and bulked up with tomatoes
2:50pm Sauerkraut and kidney beans with yoghurt, horseradish sauce and Crakerbreads
Afternoon snac: fruit bar + coffee
6:20pm Meat pie with spinach and baked beans + squash + fruit bar
A microwaved fake meat pie (412 calories) because I didn’t want to wait for it to be baked in the oven.
9:15pm Tomato, veg and bean soup with Crackrbreads and spread + cofee + fruit bar
