My weight today is 81.8 kilos.

I’m keeping calories low and exercising lots. I am annoyed to have failed at my goal of getting under 79 kilos by the 28th but I can’t see I can lose almost 3 kilos in two weeks even if I do double-jogging!

I will need to watch that upward swing – seems it’s worse when we’re at home with company than when we’re away!
