Day 496: Crackerspreads

8:20am Toffee yoghurt with sultanas + raisin brioche + coffee

Up since 6am.

11:15pm Ham and cheese salad sandwich + tangerine + squash

12:15pm Plum

1:20pm Tinned spaghetti with cheese and Crackerbreads  w/spread

+ tea + apple

4:50pm Veg, apple, tomato and bean soup with Crackerbread w/spread + squash

5:20pm Tea cakes with spread and jam

160 calories per tea cake.

6pm Plum + tea + fruit bar

9:30pm Sauerkraut with cheese and sweet chilli sauce and Crackerbreads w/spread + hot chocolate + plum + tangerine
