1pm Cheese and ham salad sandwich + tangerine + plum + tea + squash

4pm Raw lentil salad with sultanas and seeds + coffee + peach

5pm Fruit bar + tea

9:30pm Pasta with sweet corn, tofu weiner, spinach, cheese and yoghurt + coffee + tangerine + plum

10:30pm 2 x Chocolate Digestives + port

11:20pm 3 x Ginger Nut biscuits + milk

11:40pm Ginger Nut biscuit
