11:40pm Ham and cheese salad sandwich + peach + plum + tea

+ Raisin brioche (115 calories) + Bourbon biscuit (100 calories) + milk

+ 3 x Ginger Nut biscuits + milk

4:30pm Veg, tomato and bean soup with cheese and oil + Crackerbreads w/spread + tea

4:50pm Bran flakes with kiwi, sultanas, pumpkin seeds, peanut butter, yoghurt and vanilla sugar

I noted “full but wanted it anyway”. It’s at least 500 calories.

10:15pm Tofu weiner salad + Crackerbreads w/spread + apple
