Day 504: Fruit strudel

11:10pm Ham and cheese salad sandwich + squash

12pm Fruit strudel with Elmlea cream + coffee w/cream

Oh, worked out now at 750 calories just for the strudel!

1:30pm Veg, tomato and bean soup with cheese, oil and Crackerbreads w/spread + coffee + peach

4:20pm Kale and spinach and sauerkraut, tofu weiner and sweet chilli yoghurt + coffee w/cream

+ 2 x Ginger Nut biscuits + 2 more

9:40pm Spinach, cottage cheese and tofu weiner with sultanas and seeds + Crackerbreads w/spread + squash

11pm Raisin brioche + coffee

+ plum + peach

11:45pm Fruit bar + squash
