Today was the “Physical Challenge” with Maya where she tests you on jumping jacks and push ups and other things that I can’t really do. I didn’t do any additional exercise.

Coffee: 60

Dinner: 447 per person

I did a total table last night which ended up at around 1,100 calories. I thought I had saved it but now I can’t find it anywhere. I know that I was 1,200 calories for sure, though!
