1:10pm Cottage cheese salad sandwich + kiwi + tea + squash

Morning drink: fresh coffee

2:10pm Lolly mixture

Remaining mixture to make frozen yoghurt fruit lollies (apple, banana and sultana).

5:30pm Frozen fruit yoghurt

5:15pm Veg, tomato and bean soup with cheese and Crackerbreads w/spread

Forgot to photograph.

Afternoon drink: fresh coffee

7:20pm Veg lasagne with red kidney beans, salad, sun-dried tomatoes and yoghurt + squash w/juice

10:10pm Veg, tomato and bean soup with cheese and Crackerbreads w/spread + kiwi

10:50pm Frozen yoghurt fruit lolly
